  • Yes, a full contract is required and signed by each party stating date, times, liability, requirements, and other details.

  • By all means, I am a humble person but I let customer feedback and reviews speak for themselves.   • Given time, energy and commitment, no distance is too far.

  • That's a great question. While there is not an exact science to this answer, I recommend a 10-14 month advance booking when possible to allow for proper and stress-free planning. When needed, I have several additional contacts and employees in my network to coordinate the perfect event within your needed time frame. Often, I am able to switch or modify schedules to meet a client's request.

  • After the contract is fully executed and the deposit is paid, we pause until it is time to plan for your event. While you tackle more immediate priorities for your special day, I invite you to reach out with any questions I can answer in the meantime. No later than a week before your event, we will discuss the details of your event to confirm the details and needs. Many aspects of an event change often throughout the planning process, so it's ideal to begin discussing the details after all others have been confirmed and decisions are final right before the event.

  • The answer is a mix of yes and no. While I don't guarantee in-person meetings, I do meet with clients should schedules permit. In most scenarios, all details are able to be fleshed out virtually: telephone, Zoom, email, website and even text coordination.

  • 20+ years and still going with even greater momentum. I have performed at 100s of weddings over the years across the Midwest. I have also performed at countless of other types of events and average more than 75 shows per year. Big, small, intermediate and at nearly any venue type you can think of.
